Refund policy

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received

All original tags must be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is faulty

The item is damaged

The wrong item was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@oxfordandsmith.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials

Sale items

Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Within 10 business days
